You can try a cold cloth, cold tea bags, or slices of cucumber on your eyes for about 15 mins.

You can use the gel packs that look like a mask. I keep mine in the fridge and I also keep my eye creams and gels in the fridge. So in the morning if I have time I put the mask on just for 30 seconds because I usually don’t have a lot of time. But I always have time to put on my eye cream. Look for one that focuses on puffiness. I also use to love using an eye gel mask that Origins makes but I can’t remember the name of it. I know it was in a clear blue tube. I need to get more of that. You basically keep it in your fridge, put a generous amount under your eyes in the morning while you are getting ready. Then when you are ready for makeup just tissue off the excess. It really helps. Another cool thing you can do starting in the shower is to close your eyes and lightly press your eyes right above the cheekbone with the palms of your hands. This will help drain the fluid. I then glide my hand down my cheek bone and then my neck. I know this is a lot of info. but these are things that I see results from. Take care and don’t forget to get your beauty sleep.
