well you said you excersize so that shouldnt be the problem… but its probably becasue you are loosing weight and your face is not as full looking.

maybe it can help you putting a cold (from the fridge) spoon in your eyes for 5 min bfore u go to bed….
Dont exercise too muchh, just do around a bit a day, so when your body get used to it, you can do it for a longer period of time
