The recommended sleeping time is like 7 and a 1/2 to 8 hours i think.

my friend has the same problem.
he use concealer, i know it’s embarassing but it works well.

Every night before going to bed, do massage of olive oil around your eyes (better if whole face), the dark circles as well as whole complexion will improve within a few days.

I know how this sounds but my friend said she used hemorrhoid cream under her eyes and i swear after a week or so i noticed a really big change. She had dark eye circles and they were slightly baggy before and it seems to have improved heaps.
I think you should try it :P its better than concealer!

well you work out great but its putting to much work on your body! maybe you should go maybe 3 days a week is why you have dark circles is from your body being to strained and not enough sleep so i would say a man like you needs at least 8 or 8 and half hours of sleep and only 3 days of working out!

Honestly eye creams aren’t that expensive. The one I use, made by Neutrogena for Men I think, is only about $10 and it lasts a LONG time because you use so little each day (I use it in the morning and before bed). It’s honestly like $10 every 2-3 months–completely worth it to look as refreshed as I do when I use it!

Otherwise, you could try keeping a spoon in the freezer and putting the backside of it against your closed eye for a few seconds, I’ve heard that helps some.

ok. i usually don’t get enough sleep so i know what you’re talking about. as mentioned earlier, you do need a bit more sleep. ur getting too little, and depending on your age, the amount will vary. if you work late, and wake up early, you should take a nap when you get home the next day (1hr or two), and this should offset your lack temporarily, but you should really make it up more during the weekend, or whenever you’re free.
